The Atlas of Best Practices is a collection of case studies from PoliRural regions and beyond, about the experiences of people and organisations that moved to a rural area to live, work, do business and other kinds of activities e.g. training, community development, arts and crafts. So, presented are stories of not just farmers but a great variety of new entrants from fields other than agriculture. With this broad definition, PoliRural aims to better reflect the dynamics of rural economies and the actors that enrich the lives and increase the sustainability of those who live there.
